Lead Organization Culture Transformation by supporting global and local initiatives
- Develop and implement Training strategies and Programs to ensure continuous learning and upskilling for all employees
- Drive operation efficiencies by leading process improvement and system enhancement projects
- Ensure Compliance and relevance to HR policies and procedure
- Recruitment Management includes partnering with the recruiters to source talents for the organization and to manage the onboarding of the staff
- Support compensation and benefits programs, staff welfare initiatives, and employee relations and communications
- Support standard HR operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7 to 9 years of working experience with 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR field
- Strong Project Management skills; 3 to 4 years of project implementation or business process analysis experience
- Excellence in Communication and Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
