A renowned brand in luxury retail of leather, jewellery and men's fashion. Our client is hiring a competent individual who will oversee and direct the operations function within the boutique. The person is an expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations to deliver the ultimate client experience. He or She will work closely with the Boutique leaders by imparting critical business knowledge.

**LUXURY RETAIL MANAGER**
- Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning and Staffing, Compliance and Expense Management.
- Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
- Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver Excellent Customer Experience.
- Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork.
- Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for the entire Boutique Team.
- Leading a team through various projects and taking initiative.
- Managing a budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted Boutique.
- Possess relevant experience in High End Men's fashion.

**Job Requirement**
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills within multi-task projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Excellent in building collaborative partnerships and relationships.
- Strong leadership in managing people and people development.
- Excellent in fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Adaptable to flexible schedule to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
