**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee daily operations of our GP clinic, manage facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel, and resources to ensure efficient day-to-day running of clinic.
- Manage internal and external communications, answering queries about clinic and resolving any complaints.
- Train staff on service and quality service standards and delegate tasks whenever needed, evaluate clinic team performance and look out for potentials to groom.
- Manage rosters of the clinic team.
- Other duties as assigned by the doctor from time to time.

- Degree in any discipline /Diploma / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in operations of a GP Clinic in a permanent or leadership role.
- Familiar with claims and/or usage of Clinic Assist CMS.
- Ability to lead a team of full-time and part-time.
- Able to work shifts and also on weekends and public holidays.
