Japanese Co-ordinator Interpreter

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Working experience in customer service industry, or medical clinic setting

2. Japanese and English language proficiency required.

3. Strong communication skills.

4. Excellent customer service skills.

5. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate professionally with patients, doctors and colleagues

7. Basic knowledge in healthcare practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Provide support to patient through medical interpretation to patients and doctor through consecutive interpreting.

2. Provide written translation as required for patients and doctor including filling out forms, medical instructions, medication schedules, letters, medical reports.

4. Make appointment for patient, booking for vaccination

5. Manage Japanese Insurance claim

6. Prepare medicine for patient as prescribed by doctor

7. Prepare bills and invoices for patient, collect payment and manage daily closing procedures.

8. Other general clinic tasks as instructed by the Manager.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
