Cdd Operations Segment Head

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HOU in fulfilling applicable internal and external governance/reporting requirements.
- Oversee the Segments’ completion of CDD onboarding and reviews (completed NetReveal alert, including all CDD/ECDD/ARC and all relevant forms)
- Ensure all applicable SLAs (including approved due date extensions, where applicable) are met.
- Assist the HOU with resource planning
- Act as mentor/advisor to segment members with regards to CDD reviews/onboarding
- Oversee the specific job requirements for the Segment’s CDD Team Leads and Analysts
- Pro-actively liaise with business units on issues relating to the covered functions
- Review/Complete risk related items - CET, KRI, CIM, LED
- Assist in preparing reports for Regulator authorities when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Relevant Banking experience (in areas concerning KYC and/or AML)
- Meticulous and excellent time management skills
- Team player with good people skills, driven and independent
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
