The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products such as TikTok, Resso, CapCut, Helo, etc. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of ByteDance products. Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals, notifications, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the product work of the overall UG Global intelligent growth marketing platform, including the goal setting and product planning of the overall UG Global product direction, helping TikTok and other global core businesses achieve large-scale growth.
- Deeply dive into the business to mine the core capabilities of UG Global growth marketing, and develop into product features, to maximize the efficiency and effect of growth marketing, to create the industry's leading growth marketing platform.
- Responsible for the overall product architecture design of UG Global intelligent marketing platform, and lead the team to promote the implementation of projects in various directions, responsible for the overall performance of the product team and project results.
- Responsible for the organization building and management of UG global product team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above,major in Communication Engineering/Computer Science related.
- Bachelor degree or above,major in Communication Engineering/Computer Science related.
- Good understanding in business, logical thinking ability and coordination ability,10 years above experience in Internet platform product design.
- Have a deep understanding of growth marketing,familiar with the advertising industry,more than 5 years of product experience in the advertising industry; Experience in to-C product growth is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit,more than 5 years of experience in team management.
