WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Our AIA Investment Division is the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group with access to the world’s finest fund manager. This role focuses on building the fundamental requirements in driving the success through Automation - using technology, digital and analytic (TDA) capabilities to automate any manual processes and Excel files; Transformation - streamlining investment operations to optimize the resources and output and Create investment related contents on AIA’s digital platform to disseminate information in the most effective way to our agency forces and clients. This includes creating bite-size info graphics as well as videos on websites and our AIA’s digital tools.
- Perform process analysis and provide proposals using TDA capability to automate and optimize Investment process
- Performs administrative tasks and support for the division which includes investment department
- Create curated investment related contents such as market outlook, investment principles or performances on AIA’s digital platforms including websites and apps to improve agency and client engagement using concise write-ups, graphical and visual formats
- Provide investment analysis support to the assigned tasks for specific issues, investment performances and financial impacts. This includes research, data analysis, processing, and calculation
- Liaise with Investments’ specialist teams and clients to ensure that any changes to investment managers are managed effectively
- Support project management for all sorts of projects for the division
