**Infrastructure Security Team Lead**
- 12 months contract
- Work location: Central

**The Opportunity**
- Managing security strategy development and defining roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, and solutions
- Ensure clients' compliance policies and procedures are met through ongoing security reviews, audits, and exercises
- Perform Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Assessments
- Business Development and Strategic Planning
- Team Management responsible includes pre-activities arrangement, activities planning, and coordinating daily team activities, across various internal/external stakeholders
- Performing cross-functional coordination with business and technical teams to provide effective solutions with highest quality

**Your Background**
- Minimum 8+ experiences in Infrastructure, Cloud and Container Security
- Excellent communication & soft skills, able to manage both internal and external stakeholders, at both working and management level, and influence business and operational stakeholders and partners
- Strong leadership skill. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Assessments. CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CCSK certification or its equivalent is preferred
- Experience in defining, implementing, and enforcing enterprise-level security policies for Cloud, Container, Endpoint Protection and database security solutions
- Technical knowledge of AWS Cloud Security, Network security, Container Security, TrendMicro Endpoint protection and Database Security, and technical background in deploying AWS Cloud Infrastructure Security Services and Container Security
- Understanding of current and emerging security technologies and threats
- Proficient with methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes across various cybersecurity areas
- Expert knowledge in cloud-based enterprise security technologies
- Hands-on experience in integrating and configuring Container Security tools (e.g., AquaSec)
- Experience in administration and management of Database activity Monitoring solution (DAM)

**Optional Skills**:

- Familiar with Gov standard of security posture including planning and running Security Compliance Check, Security Vulnerability Scanning
- Familiar with IM8 policies
- Familiar with any Container Security tools
- Familiar with CICD pipelines/Terraform
