Manager, Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive threat and vulnerability management program, including identifying potential threats, conducting regular vulnerability scans and penetration testing, and ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities, across our IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems
- Conduct security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements to ensure the organization's IT and OT systems and infrastructure remain secure.
- Work closely with the IT team and business units to ensure all IT & OT security controls and processes are in place and being effectively utilized, including access controls, network security, and incident response planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and make recommendations for changes to the organization's security posture as needed.
- Work with internal IT team to ensure that all systems are compliant with approved corporate baselines.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the organization's security posture and any identified vulnerabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat and vulnerability management and security architecture.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, and ISO.
- Experience with security assessment tools, vulnerability scanning tools, and other security technologies.
- Experience managing a team of cybersecurity professionals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong background in OT and Maritime cybersecurity would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH and/or CSSA are preferred.
