**Digital Advertising Management Trainee
**About the role**

Seeking a **Digital Advertising Management Trainee **to become an integral part of our Advertising Operations team. As a Digital Advertising Management Trainee within our team, you will be trained in the areas of media bookings, coordinating and overseeing campaigns, digital advertising set-up, and execution and delivery of advertising campaigns. You will work with both internal teams and external parties to help ensure campaign delivery objectives are met. You will also have a collaborative and “can do” attitude to help interface with our Media team and deliver exceptional media solutions.

**Some of the things we'd like you to do**:

- Work closely with the media team to manage and keep track of the clients’ campaigns
- To provide support to traffic management of advertising materials
- Assists in seeking quotations from external media partners for campaigns requirements
- Assists in the set-up, execution, and monitoring of the assigned campaigns, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Media Advertising department
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met; including checking daily reports and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third party vendors when necessary
- Collaborate with team members and working with them to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed
- To support the team with media data reports, and preparation of post campaign reports

**A bit about yourself**:

- Diploma / Degree or equivalent in digital, communications, or marketing disciplines
- No experience is needed but a positive can-do attitude to learning is important
- An exceptional ability to learn new concepts and challenge the status quo
- Great communication, organisational and works well under pressure
- Effective organizational abilities, and able to multi-task
- Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- A great team player
- Diligent and attentive to detail; able to follow through on projects and/or issues

Good analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and confidence in making information based decisions
