**Internship Programme Outline**
- Our internship program aims to equip young talents like yourself with on-the-job learning and development
- It will be a 12-week programme where interns will be assigned real-life marketing projects to work on during this period.
- You will begin a 1-week orientation programme with training and activities.
- We will identify your goals for the internship and guide you to making the most out of your time with us here.
- Following your induction, you will rotate into 2 of our core departments: Market Acquisition and Advertising.
- You will be proficient in devising marketing strategies to help clients earn higher profit margins and learn how to be competent in acquiring customers locally and internationally.
**Company Description**

Surge Advertising is a digital marketing agency that specializes in lead generation. Our team of experts knows the industry's ins and outs, developing effective strategies for both local and international clientele. With over $90 million in trackable sales since 2019, we have a proven track record for generating leads for our clients.

Our approach to lead generation is different from most agencies. We take a data-driven approach to our campaigns and work with all of the top tools available at any given time to ensure we are constantly working on the newest and best marketing techniques.
