Training sessions are modeled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels. You will be required to: - Run daily workouts of Boxing & Functional Strength - Provide professional advice and consultation to members in both group and PT sessions - Execute new member onboarding and existing member retention programs - Carry sales campaigns to increase membership via lead cold calling, social media posts and out-reach activities - Participate in technical and personal development activities - Maintain gym facilities and perform light cleaning Requirement - Have solid boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to coach others effectively - Experience in instructing group fitness classes - Enjoy interacting with people and building meaningful relationships - Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment - Posession of fitness certifications or competiiton experience is an added advantage What You’ll Get - Earn additional commission from sales, member review, and PT sessions - Career growth with 90+ UBX gyms globally. You’ll be the de facto head coach - Training program designed by UBX co-founder, ex-WBC and IBO world champion - NO programming needed from you (thanks to "automated" workout programmings) - Complimentary gym access for your family members - $2k - $3K / month (full-time)
