Our client is a fast-growing Digital Assets business with a strong backing and as a part of their expansion in Singapore, looking for individuals with strong track record in Private Capital Sales to join them.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Build relationships to identify and evaluate private capital market opportunities and generate client leads
- Foster relationships with qualified investors committed to invest in early-stage to pre-IPO companies in the region.
- Support and advise early-stage businesses in their pursuit to raise capital
- Work with management and colleagues in achieving set business and financial goals.
- Take responsibility for creating marketing memorandums to introduce companies to prospective qualified investors in the region.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

- A relevant degree and at least 6+years in a Private capital market space
- Experience in raising private capital markets either from buy-side or sell-side esp. with expertise in equity capital markets, structured share financing and M&A
- Experience in dealing with corporates to build innovative capital raising solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good market network to VC’s, family offices and related across the region or beyond
