**The role**:
As a Workplace Curator at BGIS, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing office environments for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, design customized office solutions, and oversee the implementation of projects from conception to completion. This role combines creativity, project management, and a deep understanding of workplace design trends.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist/ Workplace Curator will be the first point for contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a positive and friendly manner.

This role is based in Singapore.

**Responsibility**:

- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Manage reception: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, managing requests and room bookings.
- Operate the CMMS for tenancy requests and reports.
- Assist the internal site management team acting as the conduit for client requests as well as other requests as required.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems.
- Support wider team with customer feedback to assist with any workplace improvements and changes.
- Provide workspace induction tours for new starters.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with business stakeholders to develop a solid understanding of their day-to-day business requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and provision of reports and information as required.
- Perform facilities inspections to ensure facilities condition is upkept to the highest standard possible and all maintenance requirements are logged with minimum impact to client.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong demonstrated experience in a hospitality, property, or corporate real estate environment
- Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various duties.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Current First Aid Certificate is desirable.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in building / facilities management related discipline, is desirable.
