**Seeking for a Digital Construction Product Administrator LeapThought is seeking for passionate Digital Construction Product Administrator to join our growing team of product evangelist to be at the forefront of this rapidly growing digitalisation sector within the built environment industry. The ideal applicant is a highly motivated individual with ability to make fundamental contributions to the fields of digitalisation of construction sector. We operate in in New Zealand (HQ), Singapore (SE Asia HQ), Australia, India and US, with our clients spanning Government Agencies, Energy and Resources, Architecture, Engineering and Construction, Transportation & Healthcare. We constantly look to attract top talent as we continue to grow our already strong and culturally diverse product development, product evangelist and Business Development teams. We are currently seeking a highly independent individual for the position of Product Executive with the following job description: - Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies - Support monthly billing to clients and all Account Receivable matters - Track stocks of office supplies, including refreshments and place orders when necessary - Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned - Basic Operational support to Clients (onboarding new users, troubleshooting and FAQ), training will be provided to familiarize with the Product - Assist colleagues whenever necessary **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Good organizational skills - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.) - Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage - Polytechnic, ITE or BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred - "Can do" attitude is a must - Fresh graduates welcome to apply
