This senior leadership role will oversee the full construction lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning, driving consistency, quality, and timely delivery across a growing portfolio of hyperscale and BTS data centre projects. The ideal candidate brings deep experience delivering complex technical projects at scale, particularly in dynamic and fast-developing markets. You will demonstrate strong leadership across multidisciplinary site teams, contractors, and consultants, and work closely with internal stakeholders, design and procurement teams, and strategic partners to ensure each facility is executed to the highest standards of safety, cost control, performance, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Technical Leadership Lead the end-to-end construction execution of assigned data centre projects across the region, aligning with strategic briefs, business goals and customer requirements. Maintain and evolve construction playbooks, modular construction strategies, and lessons learnt to support consistency, repeatability, and scalability. Cross-Functional Execution Interface Act as the critical interface between design, procurement, operations, and commercial teams, resolving construction-phase design conflicts, material availability issues, and timeline challenges. Champion constructability reviews, value engineering, and logistics planning from early phases to avoid downstream conflicts or rework. Provide senior-level oversight for testing and commissioning (T&C) activities, ensuring that local project leads validate sequence of operations (SOO), system integration, and customer readiness. Ensure successful execution of integrated systems testing (IST), with compliance to technical specifications, service level agreements (SLAs), and project handover criteria. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Build and lead a high-performing regional construction management team with a focus on delivery excellence, site safety, and customer satisfaction. Represent the construction function to internal leadership, customers, and partners, communicating progress, risks, mitigations, and business impact clearly and confidently. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience in data centre or critical infrastructure construction, including at least 5 years in a senior regional or global leadership role. Proven success in delivering hyperscale or large-scale colocation projects across Asia-Pacific or other international markets. Deep understanding of construction delivery, contract management, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with international and local construction codes, safety regulations, and data centre design and operation standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, ISO, etc.). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external organizations. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally with hyperscale cloud, and/or datacentre developers. PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent certification is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
