- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Singapore- In Lazada Finance, we strive to leverage data tools for efficient and effective way of working. Reporting to the Head of FP&A of Lazada Group, this role will be leading the whole design and implementation of Anaplan and other financial reporting automation tools for continuous improvement of Lazada Group’s financial reporting and financial analysis:
- Work closely with FP&A and Finance Business Partners across regional and country teams to gather business needs, conceptualize, develop, and productionalize the solution. The scope is largely focused on Anaplan, but could be extended to other data products & solutions.
- Design Anaplan that could best enable a streamlined Lazada group management reporting, forecast and budget control process, and domain financial performance steering and analysis. Design and build backend data architecture to enable scalability and sustainability for overall data and report automation. Perform regular data maintenance to ensure sanity of data source.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the underlying data, data model and business domain by investigating, reviewing and analysing data from structured & unstructured sources. Provide hands-support during business analysis.
- As Center of Excellence, create and maintain online documentation of Anaplan reporting logic and process, provide training to other Finance team members, and partner with Anaplan team for new capabilities.

**Job Requirements**
- To be successful in the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accountancy required, with a CPA or CFA certification as an additional plus
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Financial reporting / planning / budgeting or Data Analytics roles
- Strong business analysis and financial modelling skills is a must
- Good understanding of data quality frameworks and data governance. Previous experience in implementing them at an enterprise level would be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of financial and management reporting systems and solid technical accounting skills
- Able to work collaboratively with others across various business environments, cultures and teams
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Meticulous, good-time management and possess high level of initiative and integrity.
