Accts & Admin Executive is responsible for day to day administration of SACA’s full financial and selected HR matters.

**Finance**
- Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts
- Keep accurate records of all transactions including account payable and receivables (full set of accounts)
- Prepare and process invoices and petty cash reimbursements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Participate and provide support in financial audit
- Manage employee claims
- Support Director in reviewing and implementing of financial policies
- Handle all enquiries pertaining to accounting matters

**HR Management**
- Ensure compliance of Association’s Human Resource practices and documents to related government guidelines/regulations
- Administer monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Handle leave administration through tracking of balances of leave and documentation of leave

**Administration Support**
- Handle general enquiries
- Liaise with vendors to support purchase requisition of office supplies
- Provide secretarial support during board meetings
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support as assigned
