**Responsibilities**:
- Perform orientation and update records of new employees.
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records.
- Keep a track record of employee leaves.
- Process payroll and resolve all payroll issues.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Assist with probationary review, performance review, promotion and salary evaluations.
- Update company policies.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact with employees on HR-related issues and with benefit vendors.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources with at least 3 years experience as an HR assistant.
- Familiar with labor law and MOM regulation.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to - moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. The kind of scents, flavours, and textures that make us nostalgic for days gone by.
