Tender Specialist

BGC Group is currently seeking talented professionals for the position of Tender Specialist /Manager responsible for both **Government & Private Tenders** in **Recruitment/HR/BPO** related.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify opportunities for tender proposals in the market.
- Prepare and formulate business proposals and solutions to win the tender
- Research, Compile and analyse bid data to improve success rate of each tender.
- Ensure the pricing strategies and quotation are competitive for higher profit margins
- Preparation of tender documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with all requirements to ensure submission within deadline.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Conduct reviews to ensure tender submissions align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Upsell services during tender proposal or any relevant strategies to increase revenue per tender.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree with **minimum 3 years** relevant experience.
- Experience in both **Government and Private Tender** in **Recruitment/HR/BPO **industrywith good track records of **wining the tenders**.
- Familiar with tender documentation and procurement processes.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Government and Private Tender in Recruitment/HR/BPO industry: 3 years (preferred)
