Since then, Lumens Group (“Lumens”) grew its fleet by 1000x, establishing itself as a leader in Singapore’s PHV leasing sector. To address the diverse and growing needs in the mobility market, we’ve expanded our services to encompass personal and corporate leasing, vehicle purchasing, and financing solutions. As we enter the next phase of our growth, we are focused on building a leading mobility ecosystem and developing innovative platforms that provide seamless, value-driven experiences for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Researching prospects for new sales opportunities within Private Hire Vehicle (PHV), leasing.
- Generating leads through creative, direct outdoor channels and ensure smooth follow-up including setting up appointments.
- Managing the entire sales process including working cross functionally with other internal departments, and after-sales service team.
- Understanding customers’ needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with customers.
- Meeting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings, being proactive in conducting monthly market research of the private hire/PHV industry competitive landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent.
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
- Driven and passionate about sales.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills - very good at inter and intra-team communication.
- Strong team player and collaborative work style.
