**A Snapshot**:
As the Connectivity Business Associate, reporting to the Head of Connectivity, you will work closely with the rest of the Customer Solutions, Design and Innovation team, making your mark in a number of ways:

- Supporting in tracking of all connectivity solutions for AirTrunk's sites across APAC
- Assisting the Head of Connectivity in engagement of related activities with carriers and all aspects of the customers' connectivity requirements

**_This is an internship fixed term contract role for 6 months with a possibility to be converted into a full time permanent role._**

**Your Day to Day**:

- Actively follow the implementation of connectivity services at AirTrunk's current and future sites and support in tracking timelines in key APAC markets
- Support in the follow through on customer specific connectivity requirements
- Lead in the accurate tracking and timely updating of AirTrunk's fibre route data base across APAC
- Build effective dashboards for reporting purposes and provide analysis on connectivity solutions
- Study and understand customers current and future requirements and help translate this into a roadmap for the business. This includes developing intelligence in regional terrestrial fibre and subsea connectivity.
- Support the team in:

- Producing key technical and sales collateral - from presentations to schematics
- The RFP and customer requirements phase - including connectivity aspects of the RFP
- Fibre and connectivity solutions during the site selection process for expansion of AirTrunk facilities across APAC

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering are welcome to apply
- Experience working in the data centre/telecommunications industry is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical and detail oriented
- You excel at communication and can deliver effective presentations to customers and peers
- Passion for telecommunications/connectivity/data centres and the desire and ability to learn
