In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. The Buyer Risk team is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the consumer fraud risk framework including rule writing to ensure both users and monetary fund sources are legitimate, thus reducing fraud and chargebacks on the platforms.
- Be responsible for managing user's credit risk portfolio
- Be responsible for rolling out the underwriting processes and policies
- Be responsible for designing ongoing credit risk periodic review monitoring processes
- Work closely with the sales teams to evaluate user's business models, financials and provide credit risk decisions that can mitigate credit risk exposure
- Involving into optimizing and enhancing scorecard
- Engaging with risk product team to enhance risk related products to improve the efficiency of credit risk reviews

**Qualifications**:

- Has more than 5 years experience in credit risk management in the payment industry
- Has more than 5 years experience in credit risk management in the payment industry
- Deep understanding of credit risk evaluation in business evaluation, financial analysis and risk mitigation methods
- Possessing strong analytical skills
- Strong project management skilss
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace changes
- Ability to build collaborative working relationships with risk products, compliance team and sales team.
- Confident communicator with the ability to interact at all levels, including working closely with cross functional teams
- Experience with SQL is a strong plus
