Supporting the CRO Asia in establishing the risk framework for Asia within the Bank's Group Risk Policy and Strategy.

Communicate and work with Group Risk Departments on approval of credit requests (new and existing) in line with the bank's risk policies appetite.

Supports the CRO Asia in managing day to day other pertinent risks viz. market risk, operational risk and liquidity risk etc. throug effective risk management/credit risk policieis, processes and strong end to end debt management model covering originaltion, assessment/approval, limiot settings, disbursements/monitorin, post lending/monitoring control and mitigation.

Act independently from the 1st line of defense to identify and escalate issues and concerns to the CRO Asia.

Tracks and oversees investigations and remediation of limit and cap excesses, focusing on root cause analysis and sharing across the group key learnings.

Evaluation of credit risk relating to new Corporate and FI business proposals and to make specific recommendations to CRO Asia, taking into account the Group's credit appetite

Undertake porfoliio studies of credit risks within an industry or economic sector, in order to evaluate risk on a portfolio basis, and recommend actions for CRO Asia's review.

Supporting the CRO Asia in liaising and working with external regulators including external audits.
