The FX Middle Office Analyst is a mid level position within the APAC Middle Office team, part of the Markets Operations organization. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team that provides daily support to our Front Office and Clients. You will play an important part in helping to support the lifecycle of a trade by working closely with Business partners, Client’s, and internal stakeholders to ensure all transactions flow through our front to back Operations teams, with no issues. The overall objective of this role is to support the Front office desk, responsible for providing trade lifecycle support, performing and reviewing controls, trade exception and remediation. **Responsibilities**: - Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading specifically related to FX business in Hub locations - Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore - Supporting lifecycle activities and interaction with Business, Firm’s Clients, Operations and Technology to manage post execution issues - Perform control functions based on intermediary processing systems and records - Complete daily tasks accurately and on time - Ensure the desk is in compliant with internal and external regulations at all times - Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps - Willingness to cross train across teams - Assist Team Lead in all their duties as required - Require to work Australia shift on rotational basis **Qualification and Skills**: - 2-3 years relevant experience preferred, freshers will do. - Fundamental understanding of FX products, trade lifecycle management, and related operational risks - Team oriented personality, thrives in a team environment and can also work independently - Self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong desire to succeed - Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
