The Intermediate Analyst is responsible for implementing and performing/reviewing control, perform lifecycle function, allocation, novation, manage query remediation, client servicing and requires understanding of business context. **Key Responsibilities** - In-depth cross coverage on FX and Option for SG, HK and Australia - Supporting trade flow and interaction with Business, Vendor and exchanges globally to manage post execution issues for related products - Ensure to perform control functions based on booking and intermediary processing systems and records - Ensure to complete daily BAU task lists and attest the middle office dashboard - Drive STP efforts in post execution trade cycles across products - Directly interacting with the Firm’s clients on related post trade queries and issues - Management of working relationships with external clients - Interact with internal stakeholders - Legal, Compliance, Sales and Trading teams - Interact closely with Global Middle Office, Operations and Technologies on systematic, trade queries, confirmations and settlements - Flexibility to work on Public holidays - Risk and controls performance metrics for adherence - Ensure the desk is in compliant with internal and external regulations at all times - Assist Team Manager/Supervisor in all their duties as required - Ensure team procedures and audit requirements are updated, completed and maintained across processes **Requirements**: - 5 years working experience - Domain knowledge of Treasury Markets - Awareness of key middle office risks, controls and operational cycles - Ability to multi-task and work seamlessly with various stake holders - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills - Be creative and have a structured approach to problem solving - Understanding of trade allocation and confirmation processes, including trade discrepancy solution - Ability to network and interact across Global Middle Office and Operations - Harmony Traiana, Bloomberg, FX platform domains experience - Strong communication skills - Able to work independently - Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Securities and Derivatives Processing - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
