A leading systems integrator is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Manager to join its growing enterprise technology practice in Singapore. This role involves working on regional transformation programmes, where you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms across customer service, marketing, and sales functions.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural team delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives for organisations across Southeast Asia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules.
- Gather and translate business and technical requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to define solution architecture, data migration strategies, and system integration requirements.
- Estimate effort and timeline for new functionalities and customisations.
- Conduct code reviews, peer collaboration sessions, and knowledge-sharing discussions.
- Coordinate testing efforts, review test plans, and analyse results to ensure system quality and completeness.
- Support deployment activities across QA, staging, and production environments.
- Deliver user training and internal knowledge transfer (KT) sessions.
- Act as data migration lead or consultant where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Proven track record of delivering full life cycle D365 implementations.
- Solid technical expertise with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Power Platform, Azure, and Office 365.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as X++, C#,.NET, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data migration tools such as KingsWaySoft is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications will be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
