Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant / Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : Singapore

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant (functional/technical/techno-functional) to help design, implement, customize, and support Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand business requirements, building/configuring modules, integrating with other systems, and ensuring the solution delivers business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, understand, and document business requirements by working with stakeholders (business users, operations, finance, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 F&O, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or relevant modules.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules: entities, workflows, business rules, forms, security roles.
  • Develop customizations and extensions if required: plugins, JavaScript, Web APIs, custom workflows.
  • Assist in / lead data migration activities from legacy systems into Dynamics 365.
  • Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Azure services).
  • Support testing: unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide support post-deployment: resolving issues, performance tuning, maintenance.
  • Assist with training end-users, preparing user documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment.
  • Drive solution design with best practices, ensure compliance, security, and data integrity.
  • For senior roles: lead small teams, provide technical / functional leadership, do architecture and design reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (could be Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), or both) — depending on the focus of the role.
  • Good knowledge of functional configuration: forms, entities, workflows/business rules, security roles.
  • Technical customization skills: plugins, Web API / REST, JavaScript, X++ (if working with F&O versions that require it).
  • Experience in data migration: mapping, ETL, data cleanup.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, able to work with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in full implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, build, test, deploy, support.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (e.g. MB-300, MB-500, MB-910, MB-920, PL-400, etc.).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environment.
  • Domain experience (e.g. Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Public Sector).
  • Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments.

Senior / Lead Role Specific Additions

  • Lead technical design and architecture for large / complex D365 projects.
  • Mentor junior/ mid-level consultants.
  • Stakeholder management at senior / executive levels.
  • Pre-sales support: solution proposals, demos, PO-Cs.
  • Drive quality, standardization, reusable solution components.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4, $11,705.90 per month
