Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), .NET, and JavaScript.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance business applications that support the company's digital transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end projects—from requirements gathering to solution deployment—across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems/APIs.
  • Develop custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and propose effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in software/application development.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, custom connectors, and Power Platform CLI (nice to have).
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration design patterns.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant).
  • Experience with Azure Services, SharePoint, or Power BI.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
