Responsible for driving the requirements, analysing and proposing the best solution to customer.
- Responsible for the coordination between the TCS implementation team and business stakeholder to drive the solution in the right path.
- Responsible for requirement walk through with all the stakeholders.
- Responsible for requirement documents, process map, use case diagrams and workflow diagrams.
- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales, Marketing and service module functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
- Analyse client’s business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
- Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows and configuration)
- Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
- Provide end user training
- Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
- Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
- Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java scripting, Installation
- Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate knowledge
