**About the team**
Our Brand Partner Marketing team consist of a strategic team of trade marketers who truly work interde-pendently. From supporting our commercial campaign planning, digital initiatives, loyalty program, to driving brands partners’ marketing strategies, we are constantly finding ways to optimize our partnership with brands to drive engagement with our clients.
**Your Role At Sephora**
As a Senior Executive, Brand Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting & executing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Partner Marketing, you will partner with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s marketing levers.
**In this role we expect you to**:
- Support the Brand Partner Marketing team with digital & in-store marketing activities to drive excitement and traffic to both channels
- Lead as main Marketing contact for a selection of Exclusive Brands across the key categories of Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, and advising brands on how to win at Sephora from a channel marketing standpoint to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives
- Channel marketing support, including sampling strategy, social media strategy, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging to achieve mutually beneficial business objectives
- Analyse and report on Sephora and brand ROI for collaborative marketing. Utilize data to make recommendations to deliver win-wins for both the brands and Sephora
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional or content campaigns
- Assist with Omni Channel Campaigns set up
- Assists country teams on social media and Influencers activations
- Works as part of a team to develop marketing initiatives for brand partners
- Supporting the Marketing team by conceptualising and executing Regional Marketing initiatives
- Briefing of marketing materials and communications by working closely with Regional Creative team
- Supporting deadlines by prioritizing key campaigns across the brands and the overall team
- Serve as the go-to marketing contact for the Sephora category merchant(s)
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for all, Teamwork, and Initiative
**We would love to hear from you if you have**:
- Degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, PR & Advertising or Business)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry
- Sound understanding of marketing principles, with strong copy/content writing skills
- Proven project management skills, strong administration and organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Personable, presentable and articulate
- An excellent networker
- Eager to contribute new ideas and be up to date with the latest beauty trends
- Quick-thinking and adaptive in a high-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
