The appointee (Assistant Manager) will support the Head in overseeing MINDSET Learning Hub and be responsible to assist in the implementation of effective and efficient running of the vocational

training and employment support programme. He will also lead the team in case management that supports personsin
- recovery through their vocational goal setting, skills coaching, and classroom

learning, leading to employment placements.

Programme & Centre Management
- Compile, update and develop Standards & Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MLH centre & programme management
- Support the implementation of operations plan and help to ensure efficient daily manpower deployment and operations in the centre (training centre with a café) at all times.
- Oversee administrative matters and data management
- ensure required documents are submitted timely and systematically recorded for easy references.
- Identify and provide staff with needed guidance, resources and support in their delivery of respective services
- Contribute to developing training materials and facilitating classroom training.

Client and Case Management
- Screen and filter incoming enquiry andreferral - establish contact with referralagencies to determine suitability ofclients to be enrolled with MINDSETLearning Hub services.
- Assign cases to team and support teamin the formulation of individualised plansfor enrolled clients through casediscussions.
- Case management and support ofenrolled clients and enabling themthrough goal-setting, service linkages,resume and skills building, training andcoaching, job preparedness, traineeship support, and employment placements.
- Provide support to employers forexisting and potential clients placed with them.

Outreach and Engagements
- Present and advocate SAMH andMINDSET Learning Hub services andobjectives to funders, hospitals,community partners and otherstakeholders in centre and off-site.
- Represent SAMH and MINDSET LearningHub in conferences, talks and workshopsdelivery to schools, hospitals, corporatecompanies, to promote awareness ofmental health and wellbeing.
- Represent SAMH professionally throughthe participation of association-leadevents and engagements.
- Engage, educate and enrol existing andpotential employers in different sectorson mental health awareness, jobredesign and job creations for persons-in-recovery.
- Organise in-centre networking andengagement events for enrolled clients,community partners, employers and todrive centre presence within theconstituency.

Funder and Management Reporting
- Collation and preparation ofprogramme outcomes statistics formanagement reporting, service review,scheduled funders reporting, andproposal writing for resourcing for MLH

Ad-Hoc Duties
- To carry out ad-hoc duties as may beassigned by the Head
