DESIGNATION : Head of Corporate Communication

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and passionate Head of Corporate Communication to join our dynamic team As the Head of Corporate Communication, you will lead the company's communications strategy to ensure a consistent and cohesive massage aligned with business objectives. This is an individual contributor role and will oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, investor relations, brand management, executive communications, and crisis communication. **Responsibilities**

Communications Strategy
- Strategize, plan, implement and drive annual communication initiatives, both internal and external, for the company
- Design and manage the company's website, intranet sites, external distribution channels & other social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal function owners to ensure all posted information is current and accurate
- Develop, drive and execute multi-media content including print, video and web as required
- Develop and manage media pitches, conference material and press releases
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders for internal & external ESG reporting
- Lead internal communications which includes running strategy updates sessions and townhall, coming up with creative and engaging ways to share content with employees at sea and onshore
- Collaborate with other BW Group companies to drive Group-wide Communications initiatives, contribute to content providing and event planning where is required

Media Management
- Form and maintain relationships with communications and media-related partners, serving as key point person for the media
- Support crisis media management and be a part of the emergency response team

Brand Management
- Overall responsible for brand management, compliance for BW LPG and its subsidiaries
- Provide guidance and support for i) brand templates & guidelines and ii) internal & external communications initiatives as required
- Manage all communications and branding materials, including fleet lists, presentation template, image database and corporate gifts
- Take lead in corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, including charitable initiatives, community engagement, and sustainability programs

Investor Relations/Capital Markets
- Plan and host quarterly earnings release calls for company management
- Ensure timely upload of earnings presentation, executive transcripts etc., post-earnings call to Investor Relations microsite and other media platforms
- Draft and publish press releases for compliance purpose, and support Investor Relations function to shape and convey company's investor messages to equity market
- Maintain investor relations content on the company's website and manage announcements on NYSE and Oslo stock exchanges. Support company equity market marketing initiatives
- Oversee the creation and publication of the company's annual report and sustainability report

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder with minimum 8 - 15 years of relevant corporate communications & investment relation experience
- Prior experience in working in listed company is preferred
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and digital production skills including audio, video and infographics
- A self-starter driven to lead and enhance processes, capable of engaging stakeholders and open to feedback.
- A team player who is innovative, systematic, organized, and highly reliable.
- Preferably experienced in the maritime industry or B-to-B communications.
- Possesses strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
