**What the role is**
We are looking for dedicated and passionate corporate communications specialists to join our team in developing and managing our media publicity and engagement programmes.
- Building and sustaining a strong organisational culture,
- Enhancing IRAS’ corporate image through communication strategies, systems and relationships, and
- Engaging the key communications functions of sense-making and insights, communications strategy and planning, media relations, digital media, outreach and engagement, internal communications and marketing communications.
**What you will be working on**
- Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including the media, members of public and to help promote and shape public comms narratives on tax-related initiatives and services.
- Managing and monitoring the organisation’s brand on social media - Manage media and online sentiment monitoring, and leverage data and polls to better guide digital comms strategies
- Build relationships with media partners, digital publishers and increase brand presence, while gathering knowledge of industry trends - Running organisation’s internal communications campaigns which includes formulating written and visual content to promote corporate messages
**What we are looking for**
- You should preferably have a background in in Communications or Mass Communications, and some experience in media relations, community engagement or marketing communications.
- A pleasant personality, excellent presentation, speaking and writing skills, and diplomacy in negotiating and dealing with stakeholders would be your key traits.
- You should also have experience/background in visual comms and content creation skills to create visual content such as images or videos.
