**About the role**

Reporting to our Director Marketing and Category, this role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the TPB portfolio of brands across Asia (excluding mainland China) to build brand value and deliver profitable performance.
- Lead the development and execution of the brand and customer marketing strategies & plans for TPB across SEA, Japan, Korea, HK, TW and GTR
- Responsible for partnering with the wider Asia Commercial Leads and their teams to ensure they are fully informed, engaged and motivated to build brands in line with the global brand vision, strategy, priorities and guidelines
- Responsible for delivering against the customer and channel priorities in the region whilst ensuring alignment to all brand strategic imperatives
- Drive long term brand health for brand portfolio
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Brand and Customer Marketing managers by setting direction, managing priority initiatives and coaching individuals

**About you**

We are searching for an experienced brand marketer with a passion for wine and strong understanding of local trade structure. You'll be a strong collaborator with an ability to translate global strategy, innovation and communications into local market activations to grow our TPB portfolio in the Asia region.
- 12+ years' working experience, Minimum of 6 years Brand Management experience at a Brand Manager preferably in an FMCG environment; wine industry highly desirable
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Business highly desirable
- Previous wine certification would be an important attribute but above all a passion for wine will be required.
- Experience working within a fast-moving environment with the ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership who may have at least 5 years' experience of people management
