This role offers the opportunity to shape the brand's footprint in Asia and build a high-performing marketing team from the ground up. This is a perm role based in Singapore. Job Description You will report directly to the CEO of Asia. Your main job responsibilities include: Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy aligned with global objectives. Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches across Asia. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team. Adapt global branding for local markets, ensuring cultural relevance. Drive digital marketing, social media, and influencer campaigns. Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to maximize market reach. Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize for ROI. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field. At least 15 years of experience in the FMCG industry preferably in the beverage category. Exposure to start-up environments or high-growth businesses. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor teams. Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer engagement. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
