**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers in **China, Indonesia, and the United States**.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers in the industry.
- Manage supplier channels to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
- Conduct product lab testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-border teams from different countries to achieve business objectives.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Travel extensively to meet with suppliers, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of the medical cables and **semiconductor industry**.
- Proven experience managing supplier networks and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience in **product labs testing and quality assurance**.
- Working experience in or with **China, Indonesia, and the United States**preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire **multinational teams**.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
