You’ll be part of cross-functional squads that bring together design, development, content, and strategy tracks. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your skills across delivery, communication, and structured product thinking, especially in projects that sit at the intersection of design, technology, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with design, tech, and strategy teams to drive day-to-day delivery across web, mobile, and UI/UX-heavy projects.
- Act as a key coordination point for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and outcomes.
- Maintain structured project documentation including meeting notes, delivery trackers, user stories, and business requirements.
- Translate business goals into delivery-ready tickets using tools like Jira and Confluence—ensuring clarity for developers and designers alike.
- Coordinate across internal workstreams (e.g., UI/UX, content, tech, tagging) to manage dependencies and keep delivery on track.
- Serve as the client-facing liaison on smaller projects—facilitating feedback loops, capturing evolving needs, and supporting scope alignment.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA/UAT cycles through proactive follow-ups and structured reporting.
- Review wireframes, design outputs, and tech handovers for completeness, feasibility, and alignment with business requirements

Prerequisites
- Relevant experience for 5-8 years.
- Experience working in consulting studios, creative tech environments and/or digital agencies, delivering digital platforms, mobile apps, or UX-led projects.
- Confi dence working in client-facing roles—gathering business requirements, tracking feedback, and maintaining ongoing communication.
- Familiarity with Agile workfl ows—writing user stories, managing backlogs, tracking velocity, and participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX or experience design processes, and how these link to development and QA efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized projects, with structured follow-through and attention to delivery health.
- Exposure to account coordination—e.g., managing scopes, timelines, or budgets for smaller client tracks.
- Conceptual understanding of MarTech tools like GA4, GTM, or Adobe Target (delivery context only).
- Awareness of digital development practices—handoffs, QA feedback loops, or basic DevOps rhythms (no need for deep technical knowledge).
- Prior experience working across design ops, content-heavy, or CMS-driven site projects.

Pay: $5,407.72 - $6,000.00 per month
