As a Management Associate (F&B industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, conducting regular staff meetings, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Ensure operational consistency by helping develop SOPs and facilitating coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Oversee staff performance, provide training and feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions and campaigns aimed at driving business growth.
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring to help achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Min Degree or equivalent.
