**Key Responsibilities**
- Bridge communication between business, design, and technical teams to ensure delivery alignment and requirement clarity.
- Translate business needs into well-structured user stories, epics, and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams (tech, content, MarTech) and proactively manage sprint health, velocity, and backlog hygiene.
- Review wireframes, functional specs, and dev handovers for completeness and delivery feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with developers to scope dependencies and clarify requirements across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.
- Support QA and UAT phases by coordinating test planning, issue triaging, and defect resolution tracking.
- Contribute to sprint ceremonies including planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support documentation, reporting, and communication for internal stakeholders and client teams.

**Prerequisites**
- Relevant experience for 5-7 years.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery workflows, including Jira sprint management, ticket lifecycle, and backlog grooming.
- Ability to translate business needs into epics/stories and work with developers to scope and clarify technical dependencies.
- Exposure to QA and UAT cycles—knowing how to coordinate defect tracking and regression testing with developers and testers.
- Ability to draft, review and improve functional specs, wireframes, or tech handovers from a delivery feasibility lens.
- Familiarity with how digital products are built—from design and development through to testing and deployment.
- Awareness of DevOps concepts like build pipelines, deployment triggers, and version control (conceptual understanding is suffi cient).
- Understanding of MarTech platforms like GA4, GTM, Adobe Target, and similar tools from a delivery coordination perspective.
- Past experience in agency-style or consulting environments, managing multiple parallel tracks (content, design, tech, tagging).
- Exposure to mobile app and responsive web development cycles.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $1,514.69 - $7,000.95 per month
