**About the role**

As the SCM RBSL, reporting to the Regional Business Solutions Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our global business solution team to elevate supply chain management in APAC. Your primary goal will be to manage the overall process of AMS L1 support in SCM functions (MM/SD), ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the charge in AMS L1 support for SCM functions (MM/SD) across APAC
- Collaborate with global teams, affiliate AMS teams, and System Integrators to optimize SCM processes
- Provide expert support in procures to pay (PTP), demand and supply planning functions
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to achieve best practices
- Lead a team of SCM AMS support professionals, offering mentorship and support to drive excellence
- Monitor and resolve escalated issues relating to SCM with RCA and CAPA processes
- Support project rollouts for SCM, PTP, and IBP processes

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computers, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of SAP SCM (MM/SD) experience
- Proven track record in managing SAP support teams
- Strong understanding of key integration points between SAP modules
- Business knowledge and process design skills in Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently
- Experience working with geographically diverse teams and in cross-functional matrix environments
- Proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage
