OCSC Global is a well-established visa and immigration consultancy with over 32 years of experience with offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and the United States.

**Duties of the Sales Consultant**:

- Set up and conduct consultations in person or via video calls
- Follow up closely with potential prospects
- Assess and advise clients regarding eligibility, expenses, timeline and visa options
- Pro-actively monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Provide regular updates and actively follow up with clients before and after-sales
- Be the main point of contact to identify and resolve clients’ concerns promptly
- Preparation of weekly reports for performance tracking and appraisal
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the documentation team
- Attend to any other related duties assigned by management

**Skills and Experience**:

- No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Proficient in corresponding in English and Mandarin verbally and in writing
- Diploma and above

**Expected Start Date**:
As soon as possible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
