Job Description:

- Work with end-user and technical support team to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Provide internal IT support assistance within the office, including and not limited to working with vendors to resolve PC/ server/ software /hardware/network connection issues, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Advantageous to have in-depth knowledge of and be well-versed in CPF calculation, IRAS rules and regulations.
- Experienced in IT support, preferably in supporting PC/ server/ software/hardware/network.
