**JOB TITLE - E-Commerce Manager**

We are currently hiring an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple platforms and global marketplaces, ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses. The E-commerce Manager is expected to have a P&L leadership role

**What are you expected to do?**
- Driving the sales performance of the current portfolio(numerous e-commerce platforms including our own and third parties platforms)
- Opening and managing new digital channels, adding to the portfolio
- Create digital strategies, monitor performance and report to the board
- Creating, executing and monitoring promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and different mechanics’ performance

**Who are you expected to be?**
- Entrepreneurial mindset with at least 2 years of e-commerce experience
- Experience in driving revenues, collaborating with multiple brands/businesses stakeholders is key
- Must have a good understanding of all aspects of selling online, especially in an omnichannel environment
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and/or similar tools is a must.
- Experience in driving partnerships to drive traffic, AOV and conversion to hit revenue targets while exceeding customers’ expectations
- Prior experience of working with marketplaces such as Lazada is great but not mandatory
- Interest and passion to work in a startup environment
- Powerful communication and leadership skills
- Independent and decisive skills
- Strong organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
