**What the role is**
- [LTA-TRO] TRAFFIC OPERATOR EXECUTIVE
**What you will be working on**
- Monitor real-time traffic incidents via the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) platforms & sensors
- Detect, flag & escalate traffic incidents accurately & promptly
- Monitor critical systems that enable OCC operations
- Liaise & coordinate response efforts with relevant internal stakeholders and government agencies
- Implement & support contingency plans during incidents
- Participate in periodic contingency exercises and conduct ‘After Action Reviews’ (AARs) to enhance operational readiness
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in any discipline preferred, especially in fields related to engineering, operations, or transportation
- Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends & public holidays
- Possess strong situational awareness with effective communication & teamwork
- Ability to stay composed & make sound decisions under pressure
- Prior experience in a Command Centre or similar real-time operational environment is advantageous
