[What the role is]

[LTA-TRO] MANAGER, INNOVATION AND ANALYTICS

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team overseeing data analytics and innovation projects to enhance traffic operations and road assets management. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change through data and technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their operations and data analysis needs. You will provide expertise in data and geo-spatial analytics, compelling data visualizations, and carry out cross-domain data analytics projects to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. You will also manage innovation projects with strategic partners. Collaboration with internal divisions within LTA, external government agencies, academia, and industry partners is essential.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical fields
- Relevant working experience in data analysis and sense-making of data
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and responsible
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Strong writing, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the following will be an added advantage
- Leadership
- Operations and management of assets
- Project management
