**Team Introduction**:
Our Finance Shared Service Center team provides global financial sharing services for the group, aiming to strengthen group management and control, optimizing business processes, reduce financial costs and improve management efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify and process assigned payment requests for APAC regions on a daily basis.
- Ensure the request information is accurate and supporting documents are legitimate.
- Ensure correct account codes conforming to standard procedures for proper entry into the financial system.
- Review the financial terms in APAC contracts and ensure that the payment request are in accordance with these terms.
- Evaluate all account payable balances and ensure accuracy in general ledgers.
- Take ownership of the assigned payment requests
- Point-of-contact for addressing inquires and/or issues on AP and payment procedures.
- Train and guide internal & external stakeholders on proper AP procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments in TikTok on processes and/or business solution projects.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support to supervisor on ad hoc AP matters.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and above preferably in accounting or finance-related field.
- Fresh graduate or experienced diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software; Oracle is strongly preferred.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, in a fast-pace and dynamic environment.
