Job Description**
As Omni Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading our sales team, towards extraordinary results. You are responsible for the customer experience as well as sales & profit in all touchpoints in your market(s) you operate.**

**Core responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:
**_Create an inspirational and smooth customer experience aligned with Stories Direction_**
- Strategize and develop the shopping experience in all channels to ensure inspiring touch points for each customer, today and tomorrow.
- Drive the implementation and execution of the customer experience from start to finish, from big leaps changes to daily operations.
- Ensure a seamless experience between our different touchpoints, using the uniqueness of each channel to create the Stories world.
- Drive business innovation and business development in all sales channels and touchpoints.
- Identifying new customer needs and changes in customer behavior and drive actions to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Implement commercial strategy and align commercial priorities within your organization.

- Create and drive tactical activities for the local customer based on global commercial and reduction strategy.
- Identify and act on local potentials - be close to stores to understand the market situation.
- Ensure structured communication and way of working.

- Optimize and manage all sales channels both from a brand and commercial perspective to ensure and enable an outstanding growth and profitability short

- Set strategy Omni as well as per channel and drive the execution from start to finish.
- Constantly hunt for and act on new opportunities to grow customers, sales and profit.

Partners with Global Sales Team to coach and develop your team members in succession and development planning.
Qualifications**_
What you will need to succeed:_**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in leading team of 5+.
- 3+ experience in omni sales.
- Strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit as well as a drive to achieve strong results, both long term and short term.
- Solid strategic skills, possessing the ability to understand the customer and customer experience in a 360 way in a complex context.
- Having a strong vision for customer experience and how to run our different channels to reach long term vision for the brand.
- Action-oriented and pragmatic: Strong ability to transform plans into actions, constantly hunting for and finding potential and improvements.
- Commercial: ability to understand how to drive customer offer, experience, operations to achieve outstanding sales & profit.
- Passion for the customer and business, as well as a curiosity for the world, the customer and the customer behavior.
- A strong leader with the ability to lead various kinds of roles, in different functions and contexts.
