What we are looking for We are seeking a Community & Partnerships Manager to build meaningful relationships and drive growth from two critical fronts: cultivating an engaged community of HR professionals and developing strategic partnerships that expand Omni's reach and ecosystem. You'll serve as the bridge between Omni and the broader HR community — connecting with HR leaders, industry influencers, and ecosystem partners to create spaces for authentic connection and mutual value. Responsibilities Develop and execute a community strategy that positions Omni as the go-to hub for HR professionals in APAC Build and engage a strong HR community through online platforms, events, and thought leadership initiatives Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and meetups that foster peer learning and connection Identify and manage strategic partnerships with HR tech providers, associations, HR consultants, and other industry partners Collaborate cross‐functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute co‐marketing and go‐to‐market initiatives Track and report on community and partnership performance, using data to refine and optimize programs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, business development, or related roles in B2B SaaS or tech Proven experience building and scaling professional communities with measurable engagement Strong relationship‐building and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups Understanding of the HR tech landscape, including partnership models and industry dynamics Self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and can work independently across time zones Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Job function Business Development and Sales Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Omni HR by 2x Get notified about new Partnerships Manager jobs in Singapore . #J-18808-Ljbffr
