**Job Duties**:

- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across our network
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with tech and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement and refine SOPs to uphold high standards of service and efficiency
- Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, route planning, and partner coordination
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness
- Support onboarding and training of delivery partners to ensure compliance and quality
- Assist in verifying invoices and supporting documents. Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Plan manpower allocation and arrange overtime when required
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and accountability
- Review and set up operational procedures when necessary
- Proficient in Power BI
